Silverbug's services proposition and capabilities have received a boost following its acquisition of Paralogic IT.
“The facilities and services we can now offer include a Network Operation Centre, Security Operation Centre and further cybersecurity, Microsoft Azure, and SharePoint development services,” said Silverbug MD Dan Bland.
“With really talented and skilled staff so difficult to come by, putting these businesses together isn’t just about gaining market share but also adding great people.”
Aylesbury-based Paralogic IT is Silverbug’s third acquisition in the last two years with iQuda in 2019 and Cortex Insight earlier this year. It serves the SME sector with an expertise in charity and finance organisations.
Founder Adam Plant joins merged business which will continue to be based in Milton Keynes and will operate offices in London, Wakefield, Wolverhampton, New York, Houston and Kuala Lumpur.
