Optimity acquires Avagio IT Services

London-based fibre provider Optimity has acquired IT Services specialist Avagio to help expand its managed services portfolio.
 
Leeland Pavey, CEO of FPE Capital backed Optimity, said the acquisition will expand his company’s end-to-end IT offering.
 
“By integrating the services both companies provide, we can offer our customers core infrastructure services right the way through to endpoint device management with everything else in between,” he said.
 
“With Avagio’s support we will be further strengthened to deliver next generation, integrated IT technologies for our customers.”
