Onecom has acquired Daly Systems in its 12th deal since 2020, boosting its UC and IT managed services offering.
Daly Systems brings an established customer base and long-standing partnerships with Gamma, Microsoft, Openreach and Jola.
This acquisition also enhances LDC-backed Onecom’s geographic reach via its Leicester Operations Centre.

Onecom was advised by Shoosmiths and HMT LLP for transaction support. Daly Systems was advised by Knight Corporate Finance, Torr Waterfield Accountants and Nelsons Solicitors.
