Cumbria-based tech business Miller Waite's acquisition by Intec Group boosts the Manchester headquartered independent consultancy's revenues to over £12m.
The deal is Intec's eighth acquisition and adds mid-to-large enterprise customers and a software development capability including bespoke ERP systems. Miller Waite's founder David Miller will step away from operational issues and remain as a NED.
Intec Group Chairman & CEO Simon Howitt commented: “We have a high number of possible acquisition prospects at developed stages and we plan to go in to 2022 with projected revenues in excess of £30m.”
This is the first transaction Intec has completed following backing from Dukes Royalty.
