Kerv has acquired Microsoft Dynamics Consultancy Inciper to bolster its Microsoft-aligned Digital Transformation practice.
The acquisition brings expertise across the entire range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications and the ability to transform organisations across all aspects of their operations.
The Inciper team, made up 75 expert practitioners will join Kerv Digital and continue to be led its founders, Mark Roberts and Dave Sanderson.
Kerv’s executive chair Alastair Mills said: “We’ll focus on achieving our mission of helping organisations harness the power of technology for the good of our people, our customers, our society and our planet.”
This is Kerv’s first acquisition since it received investment earlier in 2024.
