iomart Group has strengthened its secure hybrid cloud strategy with the acquisition of Microsoft Azure specialist Extrinsica.
The deal also brings a team of 33 based in the UK and a new customer base with cross sell opportunities of iomart’s existing product offering.
For the year ended 31 March 2023, Extrinsica generated revenues of £7.4m, year on year growth of 40%, and EBITDA of £0.1m. CEO and Co-Founder Simon Smith will continue to lead the business.
