Gamma has acquired Brightcloud Group to expand its contact centre and customer experience expertise and drive enterprise growth across Europe.
The acquisition Gamma’s strategic partnership with Cisco with BrightCloud serving as the vendor’s leading European Enterprise partner for CCaaS.
This enables Gamma to capitalise on the CX transformation growth opportunity, specifically across the European Enterprise and Public Sectors markets.
