Flotek has grown its presence in the Welsh market with the acquisition of Swansea-based Cloud9ine Communications, marking its third buy in six months.
The deal will enhance Flotek’s telecom offering by through expanding the engineering technical team and grow its presence in the public sector.
Cloud9ine MD Phillip Emmanuel has been appointed Group Telecom Director while Technical Director Craig Jones has been named Telecom Engineering Manager.
