Equity Networks acquires Berkshire-based Create IT

Equity Networks has completed a deal for Create IT, marking its seventh acquisition and the second since partnering with Coniston.

Create IT provides managed IT support and managed cloud services, while maintaining a focus on cyber security for its customers.

The acquisition adds to Equity Networks as it looks to scale through acquisition.

Alex Hall, Co-Owner and Director of Equity Networks,  said: “The combined offering of products and services will provide a significant benefit to both customer bases.”

Coniston invested in Equity Networks in March 2024 and is working alongside the team to build the acquisition pipeline.
