Curvalux UK has merger with Cambridge Broadband Networks Group (CBNG) to realise the global demand for highspeed Fixed Wireless Access.
The merger combines the experience of CBNG with Curvalux’s technology designed for the timely delivery of disruptive 5G solutions.
“We will work together to transform the wireless market with sustainable technologies that extend connectivity to all communities around the world, connecting the neglected and unconnected, while promoting sustainable and fair economic growth,” said Richard Pak (pictured), CEO of the Curvalux Group.
CBNG’s VP R&D and Operations Mark Hanman added: “Combining the two companies’ portfolios and roadmaps will multiply the overall value proposition for telco carriers and ISPs and allow for a comprehensive level of choice for every FWA scenario.”
The two companies will remain independent with CBNG becoming a subsidiary of Curvalux UK.
