CloudClevr has acquired Microsoft CSP Twisted Fish IT, taking its run-rate revenues north of £30m and strengthening its IT skills foundation.
Twisted Fish IT, which will continue to be run by the incumbent management team, will gain access to further cloud-based propositions for its customers and investment in sales and marketing.
This deal follows Cloud Clevr’s earlier investments in NGC Networks, 4Sight Communications and Bamboo Technology Group.
