Device lifecycle specialist Brightstar has acquired LucidCX to leverage its customer service management software and services.
LucidCX helps clients including mobile carriers, device manufacturers, banks and retail giants through the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to repairs, returns and upgrades.
The acquisition follows a period of significant investment from Brightstar which recently pumped £50m into its Crewe business to elevate its position as the company’s UK and European hub.
