Breakwater IT MD John Gostling, and Business Services Director, Jordan Lamb, become shared owners of the business following a successful management buyout.
Peter Davies who launched the company 19 years ago will be using this as an opportunity to retire.
The new leadership said: “This buyout means that Breakwater IT will stay independent and locally owned into the future.”
