Bamboo Technology Group has capped its two-year transition into an ICT managed service provider with the acquisition of IT, cloud and connectivity specialist TechTeam.
In 2019, Bamboo acquired Tech Op Solutions to pivot from a traditional telecoms service provider to an IT MSP. This buy enables the group to expand its expertise, customer base and regional MSP footprint, whilst supporting its focus on education and employment in the sector.
Worcestershire-based TechTeam focuses on the SME sector and will continue operating under its current arrangements as it integrates into the Bamboo group over the coming months.
