Irish MSP Auxilion is looking to acquire a mid-tier IT service provider as part of a £15m expansion into the UK.
Part of multi-million investment will go towards the expansion of its Services Centre of Excellence in Sheffield.
The company will invest in new tools and technologies to turn its Sheffield location into a hub of innovation, expanding its floor space by 60% and growing its team.
Auxilion plans to increase its UK workforce by 60 people over the next two years.
CEO Philip Maguire said: “The north of England offers unique opportunities, most notably due to the access it provides to top-quality talent.
“By taking advantage this and acquiring a like-minded, similarly aligned company, we can lead digital change and make a real impact.”
Earlier this year, Auxilion announced that it is on course to grow its revenues by 25% by the end of 2022, compared to 2021, taking its revenues beyond £40m.
