Adept4 is to acquire Cloudcoco in a £6.1m deal. Cloudcoco was established in September 2017 by former sales directors of Redcentric.
The acquisition would be put to a shareholder vote at a general meeting on 21st Oct. The company would also seek approval to change the name of the company to CloudCoCo Group.
Following completion, Andy Mills, current Chairman of CloudCoCo, would join the board of Adept4 as Chief Executive Officer.
