4Com has completed its sixth deal in the last 14 months, acquiring Southern Business Communication (SBC) as it remains on the M&A trail.
The deal follows the purchase of Midshire Telecom, Eastern Voice and Data, Reach Digital Telecoms and the business telecoms customer bases of both Bluebell Cloud Solutions and Meridian IT Communications.
4Com is now looking for further activity. Andrew Whittaker, 4Com’s CFO, said: “As our core business continues to expand, we are constantly pursuing new acquisition opportunities.”
