Bluebell Cloud Solutions has sold its business telecoms customer base to 4Com as it looks to fund growth in further areas.
“We wanted funding to expand the business further, so we needed an injection of capital, that’s where 4Com came in and purchased a large part of our customer base,” said Ben Newbury, Director at Bluebell.
The deal represents 4Com’s third in the past nine months following deals for Midshire Telecom and Eastern Voice and Data.
Gary Scutt, 4Com’s CEO, added: “When Bluebell Cloud Solutions reached out to us, we were keen to explore their proposal of acquiring their business telecoms customers to support our ongoing growth strategy.
“We will be pursuing further acquisition opportunities within the telecom industry to complement and further this growth.”
