Wireless Logic breaks two million SIMs barrier

M2M managed services provider Wireless Logic's subscription base has broken the two million SIMs barrier, a milestone achievement that prompted the firm to conduct a customer experience review.

"With a customer base exceeding 1,000 solution providers across Europe, the need to deliver quality services has never been greater," said Director of Operations Matthew Tate.

Wireless Logic has witnessed annual growth of over 30% during the last eight years and has made significant investments during the past six months into customer insight, customer relationship management platforms, quality systems and customer-driven changes to its SIM management platform.

"An implementation programme is now underway with a number of initiatives already in place," added Tate, who also pointed out that Wireless Logic is now ISO 9001 Quality Management certified.

"A new engagement and information platform from Zendesk is creating a new approach to how we manage and interact with customers.

"And a root and branch change to staff training will see team members receive ongoing development and support across all facets of the business.

"With ambitious sales targets across the next three years, ensuring our own store is in order has been a major driver as we progress through our first year with Wireless Logic's new Private Equity partners CVC Capital Partners on board."
