TalkTalk has secured a £75m non-recourse financing facility from investment firm KKR.
This replaces a prior £75m facility which matures in September 2023.
The new facility will give TalkTalk additional liquidity for approximately three years.
Giacomo Picco, a MD at KKR. “This capital will help the company continue to grow and connect consumers and businesses across the United Kingdom.”
Demica served as an advisor to TalkTalk and will act as the reporting and calculation agent for the programme.
