Kubus secures £9m BGF investment boost

Gloucestershire-based VAR Kubus has received £9m of investment from BGF to boost its £35m turnover.

The funding will support growth support growth through targeted acquisitions and enable Kubus to strengthen its operational infrastructure.

Alongside BGF’s investment, the Kubus leadership team has also been bolstered with the appointment of Non-executive Chair Paul Brennan through BGF’s Talent Network.

He brings experience focusing on fast growth technology and tech-enabled businesses, and working with shareholders, executives, and founder teams to enable growth.

Andrew Humphrey, CEO of Kubus, said: "

The deal was led by Edwin Davies and Louis Hall, investors in BGF’s south west team.

Davies added: " With strong vendor relationships and a long-standing, blue chip customer base, Kubus has demonstrated impressive growth and innovation in the technology sector.”
