Dealmaker Knight Corporate Finance has appointed Jay Kainth as Senior Executive to leverage his experience with due diligence and lead advisory projects.
Kainth joins from PwC where he was part of the Transaction Services team in London and will help Knight Corporate Finance develop its Vendor Assist product.
He said: “My workload is varied, working on Vendor Assist and financial due diligence projects as well as a large company sale.”
