SureVoIP has witnessed over 40% growth in its customer base following a partnership with fibre network provider Grain Connect.
It took just five weeks to migrate more than 500 of Grain Connect's business customers to the SureVoIP network.
SureVoIP MD Gavin Henry said: “We migrated them seamlessly, including number porting and provisioning, which was a big win for the team.
“This is an exciting time for SureVoIP as we make inroads into new geographical markets with the potential to expand this offering throughout other parts of the UK.”
Grain Connect Engineering Director Antony Cross added: “We decided to partner with SureVoIP based on the strength of its peered VoIP network.”
Established in 2011, SureVoIP services the VoIP telephony requirements of more than 1,700 companies of varying size, from multinational oil majors to national charities.
The company is a carrier-grade VoIP provider and delivers its service over the firm’s wholly owned and managed systems.
In 2016 SureVoIP won the Best Business ITSP (Medium Enterprise) award at the ITSPA Awards and was also a finalist in the Best Business ITSP (Corporate) and Best VoIP Infrastructure categories.
