Rural broadband provider Gigaclear has opened a new office and warehousing facility in Swindon to boost its plans to cover 500,000 UK properties with its full fibre network by 2023.
The Swindon property will act as a central distribution hub, supplying its workforce with stock and equipment as well as bringing more operations in-house.
Nathan Rundle, Delivery Director at Gigaclear, said: “Our new facility is going to help us be more efficient. All of the equipment that we need to expand our network will be stored in it.”
The company is now hiring 120 new recruits to a direct labour team.
