Wessex internet has begun a full fibre rollout across Blandford set to connect 6,000 homes and businesses in the town.
Blandford is the first of several market towns in Dorset and Somerset that the company is in the process of connecting.
CEO Hector Gibson Fleming said: “Our expansion into market towns is a new chapter for Wessex Internet, and there was no question we’d start in our hometown of Blandford.”
