Think Healthcare, part of Focus Group, will support the commissioning of advanced, cloud-hosted GP telephony systems, having been named as an assured supplier on the Better Purchasing Framework List.
Later this year, the list will be replaced by the Digital Care Services Cloud Telephony framework.
Until then, any GP surgery that needs or wants to migrate to a cloud-based phone system before the new framework is ready, can move forward with procurement using suppliers on the Better Purchasing Framework List.
Suppliers on the list are pre-committed to the terms of the new Digital Care Services Cloud Telephony framework.
The framework will be built around auto-attendant and interactive voice response, call reporting and forecasting, call recording, office telephony and rule-based call routing.
