Managed print specialist Agilico has acquired Invu to add 300 customers and deepen its expertise in delivering software solutions.
The buy adds a suit of invoice processing, document management, workflow, purchase order automation and collaboration software.
Agilico CEO Simon Davey said: “We are expanding our portfolio to help our customers who are increasingly turning to technology as they seek to remain agile and effective in today’s operating environment.”
Invu FD & GM Ian Smith added: “Joining Agilico enables us to accelerate our development roadmap into the cloud and widen our distribution capability."
