New Pure Broadband MD looks to double ISP’s growth

Tony Jopling is stepping up from COO to take the reins at Pure Broadband and aims to double the ISP’s growth over the next three years.

The new MD has spent two decades working in telecoms, across roles at Pure Broadband and KCOM, and had previously spent ten years in the financial sector with NatWest Bank and GE Capital.

He said: “Pure Broadband has transformed from being a ‘traditional’ wireless network provider into a fibre internet service provider in recent years.

“We now aim to grow the reach of customers and become a true alternative service provider in Hull.”

Over the past year Pure Broadband has moved into new offices and started its rollout across nine Yorkshire cities with City Fibre.
