Smarsh has acquired CallCabinet, allowing the company to enhance the voice and audio recording and compliance capabilities of its solutions with a single end-to-end digital communications and intelligence platform.
The integration will also give Smarsh customers insights into their communications with compliant call recording technologies and AI-powered voice analytics.
The combination of Smarsh and CallCabinet reflects the company’s commitment to investing and developing solutions to meet customers’ digital communications compliance and business intelligence needs.
Smarsh says it will also allow businesses with a regulatory need to benefit from voice recording and real-time insights that Smarsh and CallCabinet can both deliver, with tools to meet regional and international call recording, recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
Companies will be able to record and capture voice conversations on Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Webex, Zoom, and even mobile calls that will be captured directly on the mobile carrier’s network and stored on the cloud.
These capture solutions are designed to simplify GDPR-compliant call recording while providing advanced capabilities that empower businesses to do more with their conversation data.
Smarsh customers can also gain crucial insights from business calls and audio recordings that can be acted on to improve operational efficiency, revenue opportunities, customer experience, and more.
Ryan Kahan, Founder of CallCabinet (pictured) said: “Integrating our modern voice technology with Smarsh will deliver a platform designed to help our global customers integrate, protect and accelerate their businesses across all communication types for both compliance and greater insight.”
