M247 has launched a cloud-based contact centre solution for Microsoft Teams to bring user’s customer communications and collaboration stack onto one platform.
The cloud and connectivity services provider has collaborated with Microsoft Gold partner Geomant to bolster its 247Unified Microsoft Teams suite which includes direct routing, real-time reporting and analytics and recording features.
Group Product Manager for UC Darren Hogan said: “This latest addition to our 247Unified portfolio allows customers to transform their approach to customer success while fully maximising their investment in Microsoft Teams.”
