Virgin Media O2 boosts network at major summer events

Virgin Media O2 is set to boost its network at 14 major summer events and festivals across the country including Reading and Leeds festival.

The network provider has already enhanced coverage at 17 events over the summer, including the Euros, Silverstone and Wilderness Festival.

Emma Evans, Head of Network Experience, said: “We have been innovating to help keep people connect as they return to freedom this summer, whether that’s bringing extra 5G to support Silverstone or reducing our carbon footprint at the Scottish open with our new T-24 trailer.”
