James Warner has been appointed as Interim CEO of FullFibre, with Oliver Helm stepping into a strategic support role at Board level.
Warner, who previously served as CSO, has been with FullFibre as a member of the board and management team since the investment by Basalt Partners in 2020.
He said: “The fibre industry, and in turn our business, are transitioning from entrepreneurial startups in an emerging space to more stable, mature SMEs.”
Following its merger with Digital Infrastructure, the combine business now has over 300,000 premises ready for service across 67 towns in 17 counties.
