Tracey Leahy will become the latest member of Vonage’s Executive Leadership Team as she is named Chief People Officer.
Leahy assumes responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development, and organisational development and effectiveness.
She brings more than 25 years of human resources and organisational development experience, joining from Rocket Software.
CEO Rory Read said: “Tracey will be an asset to Vonage as we continue to execute on our strategy of powering our customers’ communications, conversations and engagements.”
Leahy added: “As part of Ericsson, Vonage will be able to accelerate the execution of its strategy.”
