Industry veteran Mark Riddell has stepped down from his position as Head of Channel at Abzorb, announcing his retirement following 15 years with the MSP.
Riddell has grown Abzorb’s channel from 23 to over 200 partners. He led the shift from upfront commissions to revenue share models and onboarded international partners.
He has also held roles at Viatel, Cable and Wireless, AT Communication and Daisy (Tempest at the time).

“We will be sad to see him go and I thank Mark for his dedication, hard work and commitment he showed during his time at Abzorb. I wish him and his family all the very best for a long and healthy retirement in Italy.”
