Pangea has made alterations to its team structure, with Co-Founder Chris Romeika moving from Operations Director to CTO as he looks to steer the company’s technology and engineering focus.
He said: “The change to CTO was inspired by the need to focus on Pangea technology so that we can ensure we're always at the forefront of what we can offer the channel.
Pangea also recently welcomed Phil Taylor, who will serve as Chief Finance and Operations Officer.
Taylor has spent 16 years in a growing software health tech company and has been an executive since 2012.
His responsibilities will include overseeing the operations team, both the first and second line, as well as the development of Pangea’s IoT portal.
