Gamma Business MD Daryl Pile is exiting the business to 'pursue another opportunity' following a 21 year stint at the firm where he held several senior roles covering wholesale, dealer and public sector business units – Gamma COO John Murphy (pictured) is expanding his current remit and taking over the position.
Murphy joined Gamma in 2011 and has held several leadership roles, implementing process improvements, strategic initiatives and creating the customer services department.
"Daryl has done a fantastic job of getting the business to where it is today and I look forward to building on the strong relationships we have with our channel partners," stated Murphy, who takes additional responsibility for the channel, service provider and SME routes to market.
Pile added: “For the immediate future I am focused on ensuring a smooth transition to John who I have worked with for many years.
"Under the stewardship of John, Andrew Smethurst, Matthew Worboys, Mike Mills and the team, I have no doubt the business will continue to flourish."
