Computacenter's Non-Exec Chairman Greg Lock is to step down in May following ten-plus years in the role. He will be replaced by HPE veteran Peter Ryan who joined the board in February 2018.
Ryan has a 37 year international career in technology under his belt and during the past 11 years his roles included Chief Sales Officer at HPE, Chief Client Officer at Logica and EVP for Global Sales and Services at Sun Microsystems.
Computacenter Senior Independent Director Ros Riva said: "We ran a good process to determine the best possible candidate to lead the board through the next phase in the company's development."
