It is with great sadness that Comms Dealer reports the passing of CityFibre’s Head of Technical Service Centre Neil Watson.
He joined Entanet’s senior management team in July 2006 and was also a Council Member at ISPA UK for over five years.
Neil was a well-known, highly respected and well-liked industry figure and passed away on 26th December after a short period of illness.
He will be greatly missed by his colleagues, customers and industry peers and our thoughts are with his family and friends at this sad time.
Neil’s long-term manager and friend Elsa Chen (Chief Customer Officer, CityFibre) said: "Neil was part of our organisation for many years. The colleagues who worked closely with Neil remember him as a warm, caring, dedicated person with a great sense of humour and fun to be with.
"His sudden passing was a huge shock and sad loss to his family and colleagues, and to many customers who have also reached out to share their great memories of working with Neil over the years.
"We send our sincere condolences to all of Neil's family and friends and continue to support our colleagues at this sad time."
