Inform Billing has promoted Matt Bodsworth to the position of Head of Operations, where he will lead the support, projects and analytics teams to steer the company’s next phase of growth.
Bodsworth has been with the company for seven years, joining in 2016 through a four-year apprenticeship degree. HE has since served as Projects Account Manager and Billing Operations Manager.
He said: " Through leading three exceptional teams and working closely with our customers I will ensure the highest level of service and innovation."
Ellie Allseybrook, Business Development Director, Inform Billing, added: "Matt’s journey from sixth form to the Head of Operations is a testament to his dedication, perseverance and abilities.”
