Nebula analytics software enhances CallSwitch One

Nebula has launched a new analytics software suite for its flagship CallSwitch One that will help enhance customer experience and reduce missed revenue opportunities.

Built in-platform using Nebula’ proprietary IP, CallSwitch One Analytics can also enable SME companies to track staff activity, utilisation levels, and team performance without the need for contact centre licences or third-party solutions.

Other features include a comprehensive online wallboard builder; editable wallboard templates with scalable widgets; advanced reporting module to combine editable datasets into custom downloadable reports; historical views of account activity on-demand or scheduled; and full white-label capability for channel partners.
