Cavell’s AI platform helps give greater Channel Insights

Cavell has launched a new AI-powered platform, Channel Insights, to help IT and telecoms companies better identify and nurture channel partnerships and give greater visibility into potential challenges.

The new platform uses AI for data gathering and insights, and provides information on the channel landscape, along with competitor benchmarking to help companies access a holistic view of the channel in key regions.

Instead of using outdated manually sourced information, businesses can get data and targeted analysis into potential channel partners using sources including partner websites, LinkedIn, and vendor databases.

Channel Insights will automate the process in tandem with human quality checks to help subscribers filter searches through options such as IT services offered, vendors in portfolio, company size and locations to find new partners.
