3CX has added security and expandable infrastructure to its contact centre solutions with Version 20
The platform will offer Call Manager to deliver call centre features, a brand-new native Windows softphone with the ability to run in conjunction with the Web Client and a new Admin Console, replacing the former Management Console.
3CX CEO Nick Galea said: “Our contact center solution is stronger than ever. We’ve met the demand for an integrated multi-tenant solution.
“We’ve laid the foundations for native AI support, and we’ve focused intently on enhancing the security of 3CX.”
