Following the completion of an integration project T-Tech is hosting and directing all calls through Microsoft Teams.
This means documents, a chat hub, video and voice conferencing, collaboration and the phone system can now all operate out of Microsoft Teams on any device.
"The call functionality means moving away from traditional office desk phones," stated T-Tech MD Daniel Teacher.
"It can be used on desktop or mobile and doesn’t require additional hardware or equipment."
He claims the solution is one of the first of its kind in the market.
“Many businesses have some good voice, video, and collaboration solutions, but these are often under utilised because they are not easy, and a best of breed product is not cheap," added Teacher.
"We have developed a solution that is easy to use, simple, and we are pleased to be one of the first to market with this kind of solution.”
