Bridewell boosts public sector revenues with Arculus buy

Bridewell has completed its first acquisition with a deal for public sector cyber security specialists Arculus Cyber Security.

The buy will triple Bridewell’s public sector revenue and strengthen its Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) focus.

It will increase Bridewell’s headcount by 15%, with all staff being retained.  The founders of Arculus, Cath Downie, Paul Ellis and Austin France, will stay with the business.

Anthony Young (pictured), CEO of Bridewell, said “This is the perfect fit for expanding our pool of expertise, skills, and accreditations.”

Arculus is an NCSC Assured Cyber Security Consultancy for security architecture, risk management as well as audit and review; it is the only consultancy to hold all three.
