Westcon bags European security distributor for €53.25m

Westcon Group (a subsidiary of Datatec ) has conditionally agreed to acquire NOXS Europe and NOXS Ireland, a European distributor of security products and services, from Unit 4 Agresso for a maximum cash consideration of €53.25m.
