A team of 17 co-workers from TD Synnex UK completed an eight-hour trek of Scafell Pike to raise awareness of the contribution made by women to the business and across the IT industry.
The Elevate Yourself 2023 Challenge was organised by the TD SYNNEX Elevate business resource group, which is dedicated to empowering women to thrive in their personal and professional lives. Anyone in the business could apply to take part in the challenge.
Alison Nixon, director, security, and co-chair of the UK&I Elevate panel, said: “The Elevate Challenge is all about encouraging and inspiring women to be positive and ambitious.
It’s also helping us to build a community in which women and allies can support each other in progressing their careers. This year’s assignment was a tough one and everyone who took part deserves the utmost praise and admiration.”
