Xelion has eradicated the need for partners to programme interfaces between its hosted platform and end user apps with the launch of its Integration Market Place.
The hosted telephony provider now offers pre-packaged integration with a number of household name CRMs and other applications following a period of beta testing.
Over 30 integration packs are available initially with 100 expected to be rolled out by the year end.
In cases where bespoke integration packages are required for less well known niche applications Xelion's app developers will be on hand subject to conditions.
Dave Reynolds (pictured), Xelion UK MD, stated: "One of the biggest blocks to migrating customers to hosted is the need to integrate their back office functions with the hosted telephony solution.
"While Xelion's open architecture and APIs allow integration with third party apps, most partners do not have the internal resource to programme and test an integration solution without passing on major costs which can be prohibitive for their prospective customers.
"The Integration Market Place overcomes these objections by providing ready to run integration modules."
