Union Street Technologies's user base of circa 3,500 billing customers have been given online access to the firm's aBILLity training programme in video format via its partner support portal and offered free of charge.
"By making our training content available in video format we've made it easier and cost-effective for aBILLity users to attain the Union Street Accredited Professional (USAP) qualification," said Head of Sales and Marketing Vincent Disneur.
The video tutorials are based on six day-long courses and designed for aBILLity users of all skill levels.
"Gaining the accreditation provides a range of benefits, including discounts on Union Street's consultancy services and invitations to aBILLity user group meetings to discuss future product development," added Disneur.
