TheVoiceFactory has successfully approved the interoperability of Yealink's SIP-T48GN executive handset for use on TheVoiceFactory hosted voice platform.
Compatibility was established following testing under the Yealink ITSP Partner Programme. It enables TheVoiceFactory to extend its SIP handset portfolio and offer its customers the T48GN colour touchscreen to use on their hosted platform.
Yealink handsets will be supplied to The Voice Factory pre-programmed so that they will automatically connect to the company's provisioning server.
