TalkTalk Business head honcho Paul Lawton is to leave the business and a replacement has already been named. Lawton has decided to leave to pursue opportunities outside the business, and former IBM UK executive Charles Bligh is to step in after a stint heading up IBM's UK commercial operations. He will report to TalkTalk Group chief executive Dido Harding.
In a statement TalkTalk said, 'Paul has played a pivotal role in the development and growth of the division in recent years. He has built a strong and effective management team and is justifiably proud of their achievements, particularly the repositioning of the business as a very successful data services provider. Paul leaves the business with our gratitude and best wishes for the future'.
